• If you are inside a vehicle with a gun aimed at you, you may only flee if you have a clear, realistic escape route.

• Example: If someone has a gun to your head through the window and your car is blocked, you cannot drive away—this is a FearRP violation.

• However, if you are in a running vehicle with an open road ahead, you may attempt to escape.
