🏳️ Disbanding or Exiting a Faction

8.1 📝 Voluntary Disband

  • The faction leader must file a “Disband Request” in Discord. All members receive notification, and the official faction thread is locked.

  • Pending CKs or PKs involving that faction are paused unless Faction Management decides otherwise.

8.2 🚪 Member Resignation

  • Any member may leave at any time by publicly announcing departure in the faction’s Discord thread.

  • After leaving, a player cannot immediately join a rival if the old faction is still at war. A 30-day cooling-off period is required before aligning with any group that was in conflict with the former faction.

8.3 ⏳ Inactivity Checks

  • If faction leadership is inactive (no logs, no Discord updates, no in-game activity) for 14 days, Faction Management may suspend or disband the group until leadership returns.
