FORECLOSURE & EVICTION POLICIES

1. 🏚️ Weekly Rental Properties

  • Rent is auto-deducted every 7 in-game days

  • 1 missed payment = 48 hours to make payment

  • After 1 missed payment and 48-hour grace period: The property is reclaimed, and all contents may be impounded or deleted

2. 🏡 Owned Properties (Purchased)

  • Players must log in and enter the property at least once every 2 real-life weeks

  • After 3 weeks of inactivity, the property is flagged

  • After 4 weeks, it enters Foreclosure Review, with outcomes such as:

    • Returning to the housing market

    • Being auctioned

    • Or to be utilized by Untold Stories as seen fit

3. 🧾 Optional Insurance for Multiple Homes

  • Additional properties beyond the first may require weekly insurance fees

  • If unpaid for 2 weeks, the extra properties may be flagged for foreclosure

4. 🛑 Exemptions

  • Players with approved LOA (Leave of Absence) are granted a 30-day protection window

Supporter tiers such as Architect or Council may receive extended grace periods or temporary freeze options
